Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Feed Fan mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be an adult and of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using Feed Fan you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can legally enter into these Terms. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be removed.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post or share anything illegal, or any content involving minors.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or harm other users.
- Share another person's private or personal information without their consent.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Send spam, commit fraud, or attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
- Use bots or automated means to access the Service, except where expressly permitted.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Community Guidelines, which describe the behavior and content that are not allowed. Violating the Community Guidelines is a violation of these Terms.
4. Content and conduct
You keep ownership of the content you create. By sharing content through the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you share and confirm that you have the rights to share it.
We may review, moderate, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms or that we consider harmful, at our discretion.
5. Purchases and paid features
The Service may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or virtual items. Any purchase is processed by the relevant app store or payment provider and is subject to their terms. Prices and availability may change. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are not transferable outside the Service.
6. Safety
You can block and report other users at any time. We encourage you to use these tools and to interact responsibly. You are responsible for your own interactions with other users.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any specific results will be achieved.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feed Fan and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update or modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date shown above. If you continue using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
